Managed Identity
Identity management connects employee changes with the accounts and data they use. LVL3 Technology Partners helps standardize onboarding, offboarding, MFA, permissions, and account administration.
Microsoft environments may use Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, and Defender where the selected licenses and devices support them. These are Microsoft-specific capabilities, not features included in Google Workspace management.
Google Workspace management covers accounts, Gmail, Drive, Shared Drives, Calendar, Groups, security settings, and email authentication as supported by your edition. Google Workspace licensing is separate from management; Microsoft licensing and management inclusions are confirmed in the proposal.

Common questions
Do both platforms have the same controls?
No. Microsoft Conditional Access requires eligible Entra licensing, and Intune and Defender require applicable entitlements. Google controls depend on Workspace edition and are assessed separately.
